Quality policy

Since 2010, a quality management system has been implemented and certified for the real estate in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The quality management system forms the set of implementation of the SRE strategy and the company's development and improvement paths, ensuring the purposeful and efficient management of real estate, including the preservation and increase of value, provision of services in accordance with external and internal regulatory documents and analysis of customer opinions.

SRE has a Quality Policy approved by the Board of the company. SRE implements the quality policy in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and observing the company's core values: openness, cooperation, competence.

In order to implement the strategic goal of the company, strengthen its position in the Latvian real estate market, position SRE as an expert in the management and administration of state real estate, the quality policy is based on the following basic principles:

  • provision of high-quality and professional services to every SRE customer in relation to real estate transactions; providing real estate suitable for the needs of customers;
  • a wide range of real estate-related services - real estate alienation, rental, management and administration;
  • real estate development management, which includes development project management services, implementation of the future office concept, promotion of a sustainable approach and implementation of building information modeling (BIM) system;
  • participation in the development of state policy in the field of state real estate management and administration;
  • fulfilment of delegated public administration tasks in the field of real estate management and administration; alienation of private land plots;
  • identifying the needs of public institutions in providing services for infrastructure and administrative functions;
  • improving corporate governance, reputation and communication; implementation of corporate social responsibility principles and employee involvement;
  • sustainable and efficient development based on the improvement of customer satisfaction, digitisation and streamlining of processes (effective decisions based on obtained objective data, information analysis, monitoring, efficiency and effectiveness considerations);
  • systemic and process-orientated approach to company management - a clear sequence of processes and their interaction, as well as criteria and methods for effective process operation and management.

The quality policy is implemented in all structural units of SRE and is binding on all employees of SRE.
