SRE manages real estate in the interests of the company and its customers

SJSC “State Real Estate” provides various services - leases and sells real estate, organises and manages construction works - for public and private sector customers.

In the public sector, the majority of ministries, their subordinates and subordinate institutions are the customers of SRE, a total of about 230 customers, while in the private sector the company serves more than 600 commercial customers. Also, performing the task delegated by the State, SRE works with more than 7,500 tenants of state land - owners of private buildings. When providing services, the company listens to the needs of customers and respects their interests.

Construction project management

SRE ensures the development of all real estate projects, starting with the identification of customer needs, development of development scenarios and calculations of the necessary finances, up to the involvement of builders and construction supervision. Learn more...
